‧ Monster man. People fled Indian villages to escape a man who allegedly plucked flesh from his victims with long claws.
‧ Chupacabras. A man in Brownsville, Texas blamed the blood-sucking Chupacabra for killing his dog.
‧ Giant human remains. Mysterious skeletal remains of what appeared to be a 3,000-year-old giant were unearthed on a South Pacific island.
‧ Crop circles. One of the UK's largest crop circles appeared near Stonehenge.
‧ Psychic test. Edinburgh scientists tested 140 volunteers who claim they've had psychic experiences.
‧ Monkey man. More Monkey man attacks were reported in India; deaths reported.
‧ Loch Ness. Kevin Carlyon, a "white witch," claimed that the Loch Ness Monster is a prehistoric ghost - and a show-off.
‧ Bigfoot. More Bigfoot tracks were found in British Columbia's Yono National Park.
‧ Ghost video. A surveillance camera at a wrecker service in Oklahoma seems to show the ghost of a woman wandering among the cars.
‧ UFOs. Military jets in Maryland were scrambled to chase an "unknown aircraft."
‧ Lake monster. The "Monster of Tianchi Lake" in the Changbai Mountains in Jilin Province, Northeast China, was back in the news after several recent sightings were reported.

‧ Time travel. University of Connecticut physicist Ronald Mallett said he was working on building the first time machine.
‧ Sea monster. A mysterious sea creature spooked swimmers in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
‧ Bigfoot. New sightings were reported in East Texas.
‧ Ball lightning. A young girl in the UK was struck by ball lightning.
‧ Bigfoot. Sightings in northern Wisconsin reported.
‧ Holy Grail. A German submarine, which may have breached wartime defenses, could be linked to the Nazis' search for the mythical Holy Grail, a writer claimed.
‧ Loch Ness. "White witch" Kevin Carlyon performed a ritual he claimed would raise Nessie from her watery hide-out. It didn't.
‧ Mystery creature. A mysterious animal, which terrorized areas around Dowa boma was killed, but its appearance still baffled wildlife officials.
‧ Meteorite. A 14-year-old girl in the UK was struck by a small meteorite.
‧ Loch Ness. Underwater photos in Loch Ness show a large "something" that could be Nessie (photo).

‧ UFOs. UFOs were spotted in eight Chinese provinces.
‧ Noah's Ark. The super-powerful commercial QuickBird satellite began snapping imagery of Mount Ararat in eastern Turkey in a quest to spot the possible remains of what is believed to be Noah's Ark.
‧ Yeti. Yeti hairs were found on an Indonesian island.
‧ 9/11. Some conspiracy theorists blamed aliens for the 9/11 attacks on the US.
‧ Weeping statue. A statue of the Virgin Mary is attracting hundreds of pilgrims to a house in Perth, Australia, after claims it sheds fragrant tears.
‧ 9/11. On the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks, a date known as 9-11, the evening numbers drawn in the New York Lottery were 9-1-1.
‧ OBEs. A neurologist claimed to find a way to mimic out-of-body experiences.
‧ Champ. The monster in Lake Champlain surfaced in a video taken by a member of Champ Quest.
