This video is going mildly viral in paranormal circles since it was promoted by the U.K.'s The Sun tabloid newspaper and website (not a good sign.) It was allegedly shot from a closed-circuit camera at an off-hours cell phone store. In the background we see what appears to be a ghostly young woman or girl passing a dark doorway. Supposedly, the store stands on the grounds where there was once a Victorian-era orphanage.
I think this one has a number of holes in it, so I am strongly leaning toward it being a hoax -- although a well-executed one. Watch the video.
